This year’s theme
This year’s festival theme, Being present, happy and grateful!, invites us to pause, be present and remember how deeply connected we are. True happiness and peace do not depend on status or exciting experiences but grow from a calm and positive mind.
Everything we enjoy comes through the kindness of others. Recognising this opens gratitude, respect, compassion and love, bringing greater meaning and happiness to everyday life.
